USS Tacoma (PG-92) was an Asheville-class gunboat of the US Navy. Her keel was laid July 24 1967 and she was commissioned on July 14 1969. The Tacoma was the fourth US Navy boat of that name. She decommissioned in 1982 at Little Creek, Virginia. For the previous couple of years she and the USS Welsh were a part of the Saudi Naval Expansion Program, training Saudi personnel on shipboard operations.

At the time of decommissioning, the ship was equipped with a 5" gun and a 20mm aft. The USS Tacoma and the USS Welsh are now property of the Colombian National Armada.
