John Goldwyn (born August 10, 1958) is an American film producer, also the brother of film director Tony Goldwyn.

John Goldwyn was born John Howard Goldwyn in Los Angeles, California; the son of Samuel Goldwyn, Jr. and his wife Jennifer Howard, he has one brother named Tony Goldwyn (a film director). John has produced a total of 8 films according to the Internet Movie Database, and has directed 1 television series. His paternal grandfather was Oscar-winning producer Samuel Goldwyn, and his wife Frances Howard; and his maternal grandparents were Sidney Howard (who was a screenwriter) and his wife Clare Eames (a actress).

In December, 1991, he named President of Production for Paramount's Motion Picture Group.

In 1997, Goldwyn promoted to the newly created post of President, Motion Pictures and signed to a five-year contract.

John married his future wife Colleen Camp, together they had 1 daughter named Emily Goldwyn, who appeared in the film Elizabethtown in 2005, playing a "Star Basketball Player" in the movie. He is the brother-in-law of his brother Tony Goldwyn's wife Jane Musky.

John Goldwyn has Polish and Jewish ancestry on his father's side and German and Dutch ancestry on his mother's side.

He is currently living in Los Angeles, California, with his wife Colleen Camp and their daughter Emily Goldwyn.
