Helge Haugen (born February 15, 1982 in Bergen) is a Norwegian footballer a central midfielder playing for Tromsø IL. Being an orienteering runner, his greatest asset With the August 2006 arrival of Eirik Bakke and Ardian Gashi to Brann, both capped a number of times for Norway in recent years, Haugen faced strongly increased competition for the central midfield spot.
