Popular Alliance Party (in Albanian: Partia Aleanca Popullore) is a political party in Albania led by Eng. Fatjon Softa. Softa is a resident of Rome, Italy. He was head of police in Tirana 1992-1996. He became party president in 2002. Softa is the General Secretary of the Albanian Community in Italy, and former candidate for the post of chairman of the Municipality of Tirana in 2003.

In the 2005 parliamentary elections, PAP was part of the Movement for National Development - Leka I Zogu coalition. Softa stood as the coalition candidate in the single-member constituency Zone 34, Qarku, Tirana and received 77 votes (0.5%).
