Pastor Phil Pringle with his wife Chris is the founder and current leader of the CCC charismatic movement. Often described as dynamic and inspiring,[citation needed] his speaking style has made him a well known preacher on the international Pentecostal circuit. Pastor Phil has a wide-ranging international ministry, speaking in locations as varied as London, Amsterdam, Singapore, Durban, Uppsala, Auckland, Brisbane, Atlanta, New York and Portland.

Pastor Phil Pringle is the founder and senior minister of Christian City Church Oxford Falls and founder and president of the Christian City Church International movement of churches.

Phil attended the Ilam School of Fine Art in Christchurch, New Zealand, in the early seventies, but after becoming a Christian chose to forsake a career in art. Pastor Phil briefly worked in New Zealand before moving to Sydney, Australia, where he started the first Christian City Church. Since then he has earned a Doctorate in Biblical Philosophy, and the Government of Australia awarded him the Order of Australia Medal for service to the community in 2000.

Phil speaks in a variety of conference and church situations around the world. He has authored a number of books, and continues to paint and hold exhibitions. The church at Oxford Falls also runs several Colleges; School of Ministry, School of Creative Arts (including dance, drama, music, song writing, singing, visual arts, film and video) and School of Pastoral Care Management. Phil's vision is to build a growing church and movement of churches that are relevant to today's world, through bringing salvation to lost people and teaching people how to be disciples of Christ.[citation needed]

Pringle has also authored a number of books, including You the Leader, Leadership Files, Faith, Financial Excellence and most recently Leadership Excellence.

His expertise is in talking about topics such as faith, leadership, the ministry of the Holy Spirit and church building.

Pastor Phil co-hosts the weekly 'CCTV' (Christian City TV) program with his wife. The program airs worldwide, as well as on free-to-air TV in Australia. It is one of very few Australian produced Christian programs to air on public television.

Phil and his wife Chris live in Sydney, Australia. They have a daughter, Rebekah (who is married to Matt), and two sons, Daniel (who is married to Leah Haywood), and Joseph.
