Evil Woman is Black Sabbath's first single ever. It came out in 1970 and is a cover song. It later appeared on their debut album. Despite it being their first single, it wasn't released on the original United States debut album. The first time the song was legally available in the United States without importing was in 1996 when Castle Records remade the Black Sabbath catologue despite not being their label. The first time it was available from their label, Warner Bros. Music, was in 2004 with the release of Symptom of the Universe: The Original Black Sabbath 1970-1978.
