Santorum is a pejorative term coined in a Savage Love installment which appeared in the Vol. 12 No. 39 (June 12, 2003) issue of the Seattle weekly The Stranger as: "that frothy mixture of lube and fecal matter that is sometimes the byproduct of anal sex." It is named after Rick Santorum.
