This is an old revision of this page, as edited by PZFUN (talk | contribs) at 01:09, 18 July 2005 (Sebokeng moved to Sebokeng, Gauteng). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

Sebokeng is black township set up by the then apartheid government in southern Gauteng, South Africa near the industrial city of Vanderbijlpark. In September 1984 there where violent classes between the South African security forces and the residents of Sebokeng who where boycotting rent and service tariffs. The cessations of fighting in 1994 allowed citizens to begin forming a stable community.
