Heinrich Stammler is a character in the TV series Halvseint on the Norwegian network NRK. He came to international fame when his video Party With Beer attracted over 150,000 hits on YouTube. However the video courted controversy [1] due to the characters being naked from the waist down. In response to complaints that the video was inappropriate, it was restricted to adults, and a clean version of the video was created for YouTube.
Stammler is portrayed with short cut platinum-blonde hair, speaking English with a strong German accent. This closely resembles the front-figure Hans-Peter Geerdes of the German techno-band Scooter. Known for hits like "How much is fhe fish", Scooter clearly fits into the same category as the fictional Stammler thus giving us further reason to believe this is where his creators got their inspiration.
