This is a list of characters from The King of Fighters EX titles developed by the staff at Marvelous Entertainment Inc. for the Gameboy Advance. As SNK had little to do with their development, these games are not considered a part of the main body of The King of Fighters series. Story elements introduced in these games such as the existence of ten not three sacred treasures and Kyo running to America after being abducted by NESTS are not canon.

Jun Kagami (華守 純, Kagami Jun) is one of the ten sacred treasures and enters the tournament in order to reunite Miu and Sinobu.

Miu Kurosaki

Miu Kurosaki (黒咲 壬羽, Kurosaki Miu) is one of the ten sacred treasures and enters the tournament (joining Iori Yagami's team, along with Jun) to find her childhood friend, Sinobu.

Moe Habana

Moe Habana (葉花 萌, Habana Moe), who herself has been disclosed as one of the ten sacred treasures, the guardian of the Yatsuka no tsurugi, has decided to join Kyo and Reiji in the competition. She is the consummate master of the Way of the Slicing Fist. She helped Kyo in the past by treating his wounds from the battle against Orochi and hiding him from NESTS.
Moe is very similar in appearance to Shingo Yabuki's Another Striker in KOF 2000: Cosplayer Kyoko.

Reiji Oogami

Reiji Oogami (大神 零児, Ōgami Reiji) shows up with a King of Fighters invitation at the home of Kyo Kusanagi, who is living in America. Reiji, as a representative for Chizuru Kagura, has come to ask Kyo to join him as his teammate in the championship competition so that they can investigate the waves of mystery that are interfering with the "Orochi" seal. He is one of the ten sacred treasures, the guardian of the Hetsukagami.
For some time, Reiji was rumored to be Chizuru Kagura's husband; however, they are actually just friends, and representatives of the same clan. This is why Reiji's daughter is dressed in a similar outfit to Chizuru.

Sinobu Amou

Sinobu Amou (天羽 忍, Amō Shinobu) is one of the ten sacred treasures, the guardian of the Makaru kaeshi no tama, and Miu's childhood friend. He is the youngest final boss to ever be fought in a SNK fighting game.
In The King of Fighters EX2: Howling Blood, Sinobu is kidnapped by the European millionaire Gustav Munchausen, who plans to channel the spirit of Goenitz through him. Goenitz was dead before the Orochi was resurrected then sealed once again and his spirit was free. When the final teams reach to final, Goenitz tries to awake again on his body, but he lost his mind.
After he is defeated in the first battle against him, in the next battle he will fight but with electricity-based attacks instead of wind-based attacks.
