Viktor Shklovskij (1893-1984), russian and soviet critic, writer, pamphletist. He was the founder of the OPOJAZ (Obscestvo isucenija POeticeskogo JAZyka), one of the two groups, with the Moscow Linguistic Circle, which made constituted "Russian Formalism".
