burnthe8track is a punk rock band from Winnipeg, Manitoba. The group formed in 2001 and has toured the United States and Canada. The band's debut album was "The Ocean." Since then, they have released an EP, "Division," with a new full-length album expected soon.

The band has toured across North America and Western Europe, and has been featured on Definitely Not the Opera on CBC Radio, in a story on their quest to get their music video "Buried Beneath Us" shot and played on MuchMusic.
