Kyle & Jackie O are Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O, two Australian radio hosts. They host The Kyle and Jackie O Show, which is a top rating Sydney breakfast radio show found on Austereo's 2Day FM.

They have been in the business for ten years, and can be found on 104.1FM.

The show has attracted criticism from other Australia media and music identities, including David Marr (journalist), Jason Whalley from band Frenzal Rhomb and Wil Anderson. The criticism generally focuses on the poor taste of practical jokes the hosts play on members of the public. This has led to Kyle & Jackie O some times being refered to as Vile and Jackie Ho.
