River Test is a chalk stream in the south of England noted for trout fishing. The Test flows through some beautiful downland from its source near Overton, in Hampshire to the sea at the head of Southampton Water.

The Romans built a bridge over the River Test at Nursling.

The Test Valley District is a local administrative area.
