Rick Mercer's Christmas in Kabul is about comedian Rick Mercer going to Afghanistan to bring Christmas cheer to the Canadian troops stationed outside Kabul. The special originaly aired on December 21 at 8 PM on CBC. The musical guests that accompanied him were Tom Cochrane and Damhnait Doyle.
