Santa Fe High School is a high school serving grades 9-12 in the Alachua-High Springs area in northwestern Alachua County, Florida.

The school, which serves grades 9 through 12, is a part of the Alachua County Public Schools. The school mascot is the raiders and the school colors are red, gray, and white.

Notable alumni include Chicago Bears running back Adrian N. Peterson and Jacksonville Jaguars middle linebacker Mike Peterson

The Santa Fe varsity football team won the Florida High School Athletic Association's Class 3A State Championship in 1991 and again in 1994.

The Santa Fe boys soccer varsity team reached the 2008 Regional Quarterfinals.

Santa Fe High School is located in Alachua, Florida and serves two cities Alachua and High Springs. The Basketball team is known state wide and has won 5 consecutive district championships which is more than any other team in North Central Florida. They won regionals and districts this year (2008) but lost in the semi- finals in state.

The Volleyball team advanced to the elite 8 in 2005 and 2006. Bill Hershleb is the principal and the Athletic Director is Michelle Faulk.
