    The multiwiki MetaProject on open proxies seeks to enforce the prohibition against editing from open or anonymising proxies by identifying, verifying, and blocking open proxies and anonymity network exit nodes. To prevent abuse or vandalism, only proxy checks by verified users will be accepted. All users are welcome to discuss on the talk page, report possible proxies, or request that a blocked IP be rescanned.

    Please report IP addresses you suspect are open proxies below. A project member will scan or attempt to connect to the proxy, and if confirmed will block the address. IPs blocked on Wikipedia but not on other wikis should be moved to the MetaProject. Please use this format:

    Verified Users/Sysops
    • Use {{oproxy}} for confirmed open proxies and TOR exit nodes.
    • Use {{notaproxy}} for IP's confirmed not to be an open proxy or TOR exit node.
    • Use {{inconclusive}} for IP's that are inconclusive.
    • Use {{opblocked}} for open proxies and TOR nodes that have been blocked. Please add this if you block the IP.
    • Use {{thrown out}} for any requests rejected.

    Open proxy - torcheck.php, Sectoor, and AHBL all point to a definite TOR exit server. But Krimpet's tool also returns "exits to WMF servers", unsure what that means. Calvin 1998 (t-c) 00:05, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

    Not exactly sure what you mean by a clan server. It is the ClueNet shell server delta.cluenet.org, which just so happens to be owned by the same person who listed it here. I guess they were testing ClueBot IV? -- Cobi(t|c|b) 20:51, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
