Jan Očko z Vlašime (c.1298-1380), was a Czech spiritual leader and diplomat. He worked in the service of Emperor Charles IV. In the period 1351-1364 Olomouc Bishop, in the years 1364-1379 second Archbishop of Prague. He participated in the 1355 Karl IV trip to Italy, in the year 1368 manager Kingdom. In 1378 he was appointed by Pope Urban VI first Cardinal of Prague and in 1379 he abandoned the archbishop's office in favor of his nephew Jan z Jenštejna.

Father of Jan Ocko z Vlasime was Jan z Kamenice who was secretary to King. Brothers were Michael z Vlasime, Burgrarf at Hrad Svojanov, and Pavel z Vlasime a z Jenstejna, King's Finance Minister. Jan Ocko died in 1380 and is buried at St. Vitus Cathedralin Prague.

Coat of Arms was that of Bishop and the two Red Vulture Heads in the field of silver common with z Vlasime a z Jenstejna.
