State Road 128 in the U.S. state of Indiana crosses Madison County from the concurrency of State Road 13 and State Road 37 on the western county line to State Road 9, passing through the town of Frankton.
East of State Road 9, the road continues as a county road through the remainder of Madison County, then picks up as State Road 332 east of Interstate 69 just inside Delaware County.
