Homosexuality

You are replacing the phrase "sexual orientation" with "medical condition" (with a link to paraphilia). This is clearly vandalism; the AMA has said homosexuality is not a "medical condition," "disease" or other such suggestion. "Age-structured" homosexuality is already addressed later in the article. Please discuss other issues related to article content on the article's talk page, not editors' personal pages.
