Run On Sentence

This article has a lot of run-on sentences. I'd fix it right now, but I don't have the time. 68.80.194.15 22:50, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, it seems as if a 7 year old wrote it. No offence to the author of course. --72.241.130.177 00:33, 15 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Dah-bwu.jpg

Image:Dah-bwu.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

PS2 version cancelled

I don't know how to do references. This was confirmed by IGN. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.31.242.55 (talk) 17:41, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speculation

This article seems to be chock-full of the unwanted speculation. Lots42 (talk) 13:37, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Weapons

The weapons section has become hopelessly jumbled. Do we really need it at all? I say no. Lots42 (talk) 19:13, 26 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Just got the game

I got the game yesterday,I'm almost finished with it,once I am i'll add more to the article63.166.254.137 (talk) 13:43, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

How do you beat the hate boat? Just wonderin.... there arent any guides to help. Smashkid101 (talk) 05:29, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Gamefaqs.com, people. Thanks in advance. Lots42 (talk) 09:13, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why would they make a game featuring a replica of Pearl Harbor?

Look, in the game, you manage to go to Pearl, which I think is controversial, because it was attacked in 1941, and it should be left in peace in DAH! games. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.199.222.64 (talk) 03:55, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

So what. That was over 60 years ago, if people are still sensitive about it, then either they werre there, knew people their who died or can't let go of the past. Now, what is they had a replica of the atomic bombings, in america we wouldnt be offended that much. Now, this is wikipedia, your PERSONAL opinion does notm atter here.--Jakezing (talk) 03:19, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia Is Not A Game Guide

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Not

Wikipedia is not a game guide. Gamefaqs.com is. Lots42 (talk) 02:49, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. The instruction manual should not be rehashed. Some talk exists about no spoilers, such as the death of a boss in the story's timeline. Part of the reason to play the game is to uncover the storyline. USN1977 (talk) 02:55, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Gastro

Why isn't Gastro in the game? He was funny, and he was a main character! SWJS (talk) 23:48, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No doubt, but this is a forum for discussing improvements to the -article- not the game. Thanks. Lots42 (talk) 23:36, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Huh?

Who in the hell is Blasto? And when does he appear, and Also, is any of this stuff true?

  • After the main storyline is completed, in every location there will be a hidden glowing square on the ground. If the player walks over it, the Furon Army will land and begin attacking humans.
  • In the Fairfield Odd Job, General Mayhem, Crypto has a conversation with Natalya over his radio. It is discovered they are now ex-lovers and that Crypto has forgotten all about her purposely.
  • In a Harbor City Odd Job, Pox briefly mentions Metacritic.

If so, how do you do it all? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.166.254.137 (talk) 00:47, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

We know because we have played the game, watched it, or talked to someone who has done so. I personally have watched every singal mission on Youtube, and random gameplay videos on youtube, and can confirm all of that information. Also, Blasto is Crypto and Natalya's son as stated in the article and he appears in Harbour City in an Odd Job. SWJS (talk) 22:48, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You still sidn't answer the one about the furon army though, so please answer that for me so I can just fins out if it's true.63.166.254.137 (talk) 19:16, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it is true. SWJS (talk) 19:45, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

FYI, talking to someone who has played the game is not a reliable source for Wikipedia. Lots42 (talk) 10:44, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
FYI, I am well aware of this sir. I did state that I watched the entire storyline on youtube, along with several gameplay videos, not just talking with people who own it. I'm doing my best to make the Destroy All Humans Wikipedia articles the most truthful as possible. Being a very large fan of the serious, so much as to know how to spell the Furon word for finger, "Phylangepod". -- SWJS (talk) 23:40, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Dude, I have no doubt you are getting the Furon language right, but you are not getting the Engligh language right. Might I suggest foraging for an assistant editor? Lots42 (talk) 05:02, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
My english is perfectly fine thank you. I don't need critique on the way I speak/type, and I certainly don't need some boulderdash like an assistant editor. If you can read it, and understand it enough to get the point, then it is fine. You are not perfect, and you make mistakes as well, so you don't need to be talking. Good day. SWJS (talk) 19:05, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If I make a grammar mistake on an actual article, then please, go ahead and edit it. I will not complain. Relatedly, if I see a grammar mistake in an article, I will change it (if I care to, if I went and fixed every goof on every wiki page I ever saw, I'd never get sleep). Lots42 (talk) 01:45, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Grammar is the least of my worries. I'm more concerned with the idiots vandalizing the PotF page. SWJS (talk) 01:51, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You're right, this is Wikipedia, not a grahmmatical discussion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fleetoftom (talkcontribs) 23:57, 14 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No, we were discussing the use of grammar on this very article. Lots42 (talk) 10:03, 15 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

FYI

"This is a possible mistake" is speculation and verboten on Wikipedia.Lots42 (talk) 19:47, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
