Phil Galfond (born 1985) is an American professional poker player. He is the World Series of Poker bracelet winner of the $5,000 buy-in Pot-Limit Omaha with Rebuys event at the 2008 World Series of Poker and appeared on Season 4 of GSN's "High Stakes Poker" due to his success as a high stakes online player.
Online Poker
Galfond is a well known for online poker where he plays high stakes cash games primarily $200/$400 stakes and above in No-limit Texas Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha tables on Full Tilt Poker under his nickname "OMGClayAiken"[1] he is also a member of the "Ship it Holla Ballas" crew a group of poker players who travel the world in order to play in the highest stakes poker tournaments the group also includes fellow professional poker player and World Poker Tour Champion Jonathan Little.
World Series of Poker
Galfond has six cashes at the World Series of Poker and won the $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha w/ Rebuys event at the 2008 World Series of Poker, earning $817,781 after defeating Adam Hourani during heads-up play in a Final Table made of such professional players like top online player Brian "tsarrast" Rast, Phil Hellmuth, Daniel Negreanu, John Juanda, Kirill Gerasimov, Johnny Chan and David Benyamine.[2][3]

Other poker events
Galfond has cashed once in the World Poker Tour in the $25,000 buy-in No Limit Hold'em - Championship Event and fished in 70th place for $39,570, and 2008 World Series of Poker Circuit event in Grand Casino Tunica where he finished in 18th place just making the money for $22,895.[3]
As of 2008, his total live tournament winnings exceed $939,000.[4]
