Young Leek (born Talik Deshawn Baker) is a rapper from Baltimore, Maryland. Signed as a 15-year-old club banger on Def Jam Records, Young Leek starts building his foundation with the sizzling first single “Jiggle It”. After moving to Baltimore from Atlantic City, Young Leek and his father -- also his manager -- hooked up with Stay Gettin' Entertainment. Soon his "Jiggle It" track was blowing up on Baltimore radio, thanks in no small part to the taste-making DJ K-Swift. Kanye West’s A&R, Patrick "Plain Pat" Reynolds from Def Jam caught wind of the Leek-mania and offered the 15-year-old a contract. Def Jam reissued the single in the spring of 2006.
