SxWiki

Hi SQL, I have installed SxWiki on my box (Apache, PHP 5), and normal PHP files work fine. However, when I try to run any SxWiki sample code, I simply get a white screen. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! It is possibly due to me putting the sxwiki.php file in the wrong place. Do I simply put it in the root server folder, /src/ or /php/src... does it even matter :P? Thanks in advance, RichardΩ612 Ɣ ɸ 21:31, June 18, 2008 (UTC)

Thanks

Thanks, SQL! I think I actually read your name on the site but it didn't register that it was you. = ) Thanks again! --Cameron (T|C) 19:06, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

English Wikipedia Internal Account Creation Interface

I just got approved for this and I had an idea. When you click the create an account, it should just show you the CAPTCHA instead of sending you to the create account interface. That would really speed things up, if possible. Happy editing!  Atyndall93 | talk  12:15, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The problem would be the unneeded load on WMF servers. The backlog there at times has gotten to 200 requests, tho recently stays below 20. Either way, each of those CAPTCHAs would have to be reloaded on every page load (about where the confirmation hash is recalculated probably), and, would likely put an undue amount of stress on the servers.... It's a good idea tho, just not sure it's one we can implement right now. SQLQuery me! 13:57, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, OK, thats fine.  Atyndall93 | talk  02:26, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Questioned archived before there was a response

Seems your archiving bot jumped the gun. It archived my comments before you responded. Do you always read and respond to everything in less than two days? -- SamuelWantman 23:13, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback Feature

Hi. I was wondering if you could grant me rollback privilege? As you could see in my contributions, I dedicate a lot of my Wikipedia time to anti-vandalism. I am planning to change to Huggle for anti-vandalism work, but I need the rollback feature on my account. I would be very grateful if you activated it, but understanding if you didn't. Thanks in advance. —Signed by KoЯnfan71 My Talk Sign Here! 00:58, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
