Rick Romley (born 1949) is a native of Tucson, Arizona, who is the Maricopa County attorney general.

Romley joined the Marines as a youth, and he fought in the Vietnam war, getting injured and receiving numerous awards. He was given the Purple heart medal.

Romley went to Arizona State University in Tempe, and graduated in 1974. Afterwards, he opened a store but sold it to return to ASU, from where he graduated as a lawyer in 1981. In 1989, Romley was elected attorney general. He is also a prosecutor, and one of his highest publicized cases was when he was the prosecutor of the infamous Azscam scandal of the early 1990s.

Romley's tenure as attorney general in Maricopa county has been filled with scandals, and some of his views have proven controversial. He has publicly protested against terrorism, domestic violence, rape, Illegal drugs|drugs]] and other issues.

His office was hit with another scandal in January of 2004, when a female who used to work for Romley acussed a male co-worker at Romley's office of sexual harrasment.
