The Southern Railway (SR) West Country Class or Battle of Britain Class, also known as Bullied Light Pacific is a class of streamlined steam locomotive designed for express passenger work. 110 were built.

They were a lighter version of the SR Merchant Navy Class and incorporated many of the innovations found in that class. 66 of the class were named after places in the West Country and the rest took names of famous squadrons and aircraft from the Battle of Britain.

From 1955 the Merchant Navy and West Country Classes were rebuilt as more conventional engines. 60 of the West Country Class were so treated between 1957 and 1961.

Several have been preserved.
