Frank Kramer (born September 2, 1970 in Terre Haute, Indiana) is a American radio personality.

Based in Los Angeles, he is part of the popular Frosty, Heidi & Frank Show, currently broadcast on 97.1 FM KLSX, owned by Infinity Broadcasting Corporation.

This show consistently ranks in the top of the Arbitron ratings, due to his keen insight and large doses of "verbally abusive, but accurate" humor.

Kramer was part of a similar radio trio called "Jamie, Frosty, & Frank" at Star 98.7 KYSR; with current partner Frosty Stilwell, and Jamie White. This show had been Denver's highest rated talk show for a number of years before coming to KYSR in LA. But in 2000, Stilwell and Kramer were replaced with Danny Bonaduce (now-grown child actor of Partridge Family fame), after which the Star broadcast declined in popularity, and Bonaduce was eventually fired.

Later that year, the pair joined KLSX and formed a new show with Heidi Hamilton, a traffic reporter they first met at KYSR. Most of their fans (not mention Stilwell and Kramer themselves) have stated that they are happier with Heidi's talent and personality. Together, they are affectionately known as "The Triplets".

Starting August 2005, the Frosty, Heidi & Frank Show is also available over the Internet. The show is broadcast weekdays from 11am to 3pm Pacific Standard Time.
