Boechout is a municipality located in Flanders, one of the three regions of Belgium, and in the Flemish province of Antwerp. The municipality comprises the towns of Boechout proper and Vremde. On January 1 2005 Boechout had a total population of 11,992. The total area is 20.66 km² which gives a population density of 580.58 inhabitants per km².

Boechout also hosts the Sfinks festival.
