Turin (It. Provincia di Torino) is a province in the Piedmont region of Italy. Its capital is the city of Turin.

It has an area of 6,830 sq km, and a total population of 2,165,619 (2001). There are 315 communes in the province (source: Italian institute of statistics Istat, see this link).
