Datu Blah T. Sinsuat is one of the ten municipalities of the province of Shariff Kabunsuan in Mindanao, south of the Philippines. Formerly a part of Upi Municipality in Maguindanao province, Datu Blah T. Sinsuat became another municipality of the Maguindanao province after a plebiscite on September 16, 2006 and pursuant to the Muslim Mindanao Act No. 198 of the ARMM. 42 days later, on October 28th, it became a new municipality of the newly created 80th province of the Philippines, Shariff Kabunsuan, through Republic Act No. 9054 by the special administrative powers of the Regional Assembly of the ARMM. The republic act is also known as the Expanded ARMM Law.

This municipality is named after Datu Blah T. Sinsuat, Maguindanao's delegate to the 1935 Constitutional Convention and Cotabato's Lone District Representative to the 2nd Congress of the Philippines.

Currently the Mayor of the municipality is his son Datu Em P. Sinsuat.
