Don Carlo Emanuele (Carlos Manuel) Ruspoli y Soler, di Brazzà-Cergneu-Savorgnan y Serra, dei Principi Ruspoli (Rome, October 29, 1949 –) is the 3rd and last Duca di Morignano Nobile di Viterbo, only son of Galeazzo Maria Alvise Emanuele Ruspoli, 2nd Duke of Morignano and first wife dona María Elisa Soler y Serra. His great-great-great-great-uncle was Bartolomeo Ruspoli. He is also a half-second cousin once removed of actor Bart Ruspoli.

He married at La Puebla de Montalbán, near Toledo, Toledo Province, October 11, 1975 Dona María de la Gracia de Solís-Beaumont y Téllez-Girón, Lasso de La Vega y Duque de Estrada (Madrid, March 12, 1957 –), 19th Duquesa de Plasencia (February 22, 1974), 1?th Marquesa de Frómista and 1?th Marquesa de Villar de Grajanejos, of the Duques de Arcos, Duques (formerly Counts) de Benavente, Duques de Gandia (descendants of Saint Francis Borgia and Pope Alexander VI), Duques de Medina de Rioseco, Duques de Osuna, Marqueses de Berlanga, Marqueses de Frechilla, Marqueses de Jabalquinto, Marqueses de Toral, Condes de Alcaudete, Condes de Fuensalida, Condes de La Puebla de Montalbán, Condes de Oropesa, Condes de Peñaranda de Bracamonte and Condes de Pinto, by whom he had an only daughter:
