Süreyya Evren is a Turkish post-structuralist anarchist.

He publishes a cultural magazine on post-structuralism called Blackish in Turkey.

Süreyya Evren's group tries to influence Turkish anarchist people to overturn their revolutionist ideals. They have been representative of international think-tank organizations in the Republic of Turkey. They purpose to popularize Life-Style Anarchism and to reduce the political divisions of revolutionist organizations in Turkey (e.g. the Anarchist Youth Federation or the Association of Social Ecologist Transformation).
