The Grammy Award for Best Traditional Blues Album has been awarded since 1983. From 2001 the award recipients have included the producers and engineers as well as the artists. Until 1992 the award was known as Best Traditional Blues Performance.

Years reflect the year in which the Grammy Awards were handed out, for music released in the previous year.
