- B Charted on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles.
- C The U.S. re-release of "Who Knew" in June 2007 peaked at number nine on the Hot 100. The original release peaked at number ninety-five in March 2007.
- "Last To Know" was released in Europe only and as a radio single in Australia.
- "Cuz I Can" was released digitally in New Zealand and Australia only.
- "Nobody Knows", "Dear Mr. President" and "Leave Me Alone (I'm Lonely)" were released in Europe and Australasia only.
