Alan Dzagoev (Russian: born June 17, 1990 is a Russian football player who plies his trade with CSKA Moscow.

He was born in Beslan, on July the 17, 1990.

In 2000 he started playing for the youth team Junost (youth) Vladikavkaz.

In 2006-2007 he played for FC Krylia Sovetov-SOK, for who he played 37 matches and scored 6 goals.

In december 2007 he moved to PFC CSKA Moscow. He started coming out on few occasions as substitute. In the 13 match of the Russian Premier League 2008 he had 3 assists in the 5-1 vicrory over FC Spartak Moscow, and since then he became an opening line-up member.
