Lori Fung Methorst (born February 21, 1963, Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian gymnastics coach and retired rhythmic gymnast.

At the 1984 Summer Olympics, she was the first gold medal winner awarded for the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics. She was a coach for the Canadian National Team, U.S.A. National Team, and Mexican National Team. She is currently a director and coach for Club Elite Rhythmic Gymnastics in British Columbia.

She had a part in the film Catwoman as an aerial ballerina.

She married Dean Methorst and has three sons: Cole, Alexander, and Nicholas.
