François Herbert Endene Elokan (born 20 October, 1978) is a football striker from Cameroon. He currently plays for KS Besa Kavajë in Albania. He holds a Mexican passport.
He previously played for Raja Casablanca (2002–2004), Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała (2004–2005), Pogoń Szczecin (July-December 2005) and ŁKS Łódź (January to June 2006). He joined KS Besa Kavajë in July 2006.
