Book the Thirteenth will be the 13th (and as yet un-named) book in the A Series of Unfortunate Events range by Lemony Snicket.
On the basis of the fact that each of the previous books has 13 chapters - and since, as at the most recently-published book in the series (The Grim Grotto), the action of the novels would seem to be approaching a climax at the Hotel Denouement - it is expected that Book the Thirteenth will be the final installment in the series and could therefore resolve many of the outstanding questions which readers may have.
Previous books in the series have been published at a rate of approximately one per year, which would suggest that Book the Thirteenth may well appear towards the end of 2006, but not neccesarily.
Plot Suggestions
The first clues pointing towards any events or revelations in Book the Thirteenth are likely to be found in Book the Twelfth when this is published on October 31, 1990.
