Episodes
Mission 1: The Art Of Multitasking
The first episode introduced the many applicants, all hoping to get a job working as a personal assistant for Bad Boy Records, P. Diddy's record label. The first challenge for the applicants was to give the judges a 'sales pitch' of why they deserve the job. This resulted in Andrew's elimination, solely based on his breakdancing. The second challenge split the applicants into two teams. Each team was given a list of 50 tasks to accomplish in the next twenty-four hours. Whichever team completed the most tasks wins the challenge. Teams were also given a Blackberry phone that would give them special tasks that had to be completed immediately. Among the tasks the teams were rushing to complete was taking a food order in Bad Boy's recording studio, purchasing a set of wristwatches, purchasing a surfboard for Diddy's son, cleaning Diddy's Escalade, buying thirty pairs of socks, and organizing a storage room. Each team was given two thousand dollars cash, and instructed to keep all receipts. The two teams tied at the end of a challenge. The tie breaker resulted in one team losing because they had not accounted for all their money spent. One applicant, Kim, a.k.a. "Poprah", was especially bossy and was chosen by her team to be eliminated from the competition once their team lost. However, Kim could choose another member of her team to be evaluated for elimination and she chose Georgette who miscounted the money, resulting in her team coming up $147.62 short and losing the tiebreaker. Georgette and Kim went before the judges and Georgette was eliminated.[13]
Mission 2: No Bitchassness Allowed
This week, the contestants were sent to a military base, to test their skills of geography and travel. This was based on Diddy's saying "I make a way out of no way". Immediately, Kim is sent to the hospital because of an asthma attack, so the Uptown team is down a player. The mission today is to use a map and find 3 checkpoints, each containing a question about Diddy. The right answer will point in the direction of the next clue, but the wrong ones are detours. They all had until 7PM to finish the task, or they would be DQed. The mission starts, and both teams head off in their directions. Rob claims that he was in the military for 5+ years, so he decides that this will be a piece of cake. However, he got them lost, and Red found the first clue by wandering from the group. Downtown team got their first clue correct, but Uptown team answered incorrectly. At 7, 2 military captains came and fetched both teams, both still doing the tasks, and told them that it was over. Capricorn said that they were hopeless, but for the sake of it, Downtown team had won because they got farther. During elimination, Kim and Brianna vote for Rob, while Red, Suzanne, and Rob vote for Kim. Kim chooses Rob to face off with her. During explanations, Kim stated that Rob had 5+ years in the military, and that he was supposed to be the "veteran" but was not. Rob stated that he believed that Kim had faked her asthma attack to skip the task, as it might have been to hard for her because she was "physically unfit". The judges deliberate and they decide to send Rob home.
