The BSA Twin Towers was also referred as St. Francis Square Towers, St. Francis Square or St. Francis Towers due to the St. Francis mall's location just below the adjacent twin towers. Two of the highest skyscrapers in Metro Manila, at Ortigas Center. The towers is a highly claimed landmark towers of Metro Manila due to it's location and the most noticeable view herein Ortigas Center. There is an unconfirmed reports that the twin towers are abandoned and lack of source(s) to know. But still, the mall just below the adjacent twin towers is still active and on-going somehow. The building has 51 floors aboveground and 6 basement levels for parking. The towering BSA Twin Towers is one of the highest skyscrapers herein the area of Ortigas CBD.

Location

The towers is perfectly situated in Ortigas Center and accessible to the public, with SM Megamall directly it's side and an adjoining MRT Station. The adjacent twin towers is a walk away via foot from SM Megamall and other malls and other commercial and residential building. The tower is also a walk away via the Shangri-La Complex and Shangri-La Plaza Mall via the St. Francis Avenue. The twin towers is located directly at Bank Drive on Ortigas Center.

St. Francis Square

The mall below the adjacent twin towers has low price compared to Divisoria's malls. The air conditioned mall stated that the low price was cause by the low land and management fee compared to SM Megamall. The mall also posted a billboard on BSA Tower One for campaigning the mall's popularity around Ortigas Center which is illuminated by light at night. The St. Francis tiangge offers a wide array of products at rock bottom prices. From novelty items, such as pillows, girl accessories, mugs, and what-have-yous, to RTW, Regional food products and mobile phones and video game accessories. Shopping carts are found in every storey of the mall.

There is also a blog about the mall as being a not-so-friendly mall[7]. In the blog, is also stated the rate and gross of St. Francis Square Mall and how corrupt they were. It also stated that ASB Realty has financial problems, that is why they eat a large amount of money from the tenants.
