Willie DeWit (born June 13, 1961 in Three Hills, Alberta) was a Canadian boxer. DeWit fought for Canada and won the Heavyweight silver medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics. DeWit and teammate Shawn O'Sullivan were heavily-touted going into the Games, as both had won the World Championships. They were the men to beat in their divisions.

DeWit had an uneventful pro career, and was knocked down four times in a crushing 2nd round TKO defeat to Bert Cooper in 1987. The loss to Cooper was DeWit's only career defeat, as he retired after six consecutive wins, the last of which being a decision victory over Henry Tillman.

Although DeWit had lost only once, he was still the Canadian champion and appeared to have rebounded from his loss to Cooper. Instead he chose to retire and go to law school. DeWit now (2005) lives comfortably as a criminal defence lawyer.

Willie DeWitt also has a road which bears his name in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
