Hugh Tibbs(born 3 Ferbruary 1987 in Bristol) is a former Scottish Rodent. Famous for his narrow eyes and tendency to squint, Tibbs originally rose to prominence in the working mens clubs of Blackburn as half of the drag and minstrel double act 'Lola and the Darkie'. After creative differences seperated Tibbs from his partner in entertainment Tibbs took up begging at Bristol Temple Meades, an ultimately unsuccesful endeavor as he was largely ignored by the commuters who believed him to be blind.

Recent Years

After his Bristol years, Tibbs migrated to Sheffield as part of an exchange program with the vermin of distant cities. While there Tibbs was unfortunately killed by a tram.
