The Judge John B. Harper House is located the city of Palestine, Crawford County, in the U.S. state of Illinois. It was the home of J. B. Harper, who was a blacksmith and a farmer for 36 years. He was also named as a County Judge.

The Harper House dates to the 1830s. It is believed to be the oldest home in Crawford County. It is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, a list it joined in March 2004. Five of Crawford County's seven Registered Historic Places are found in Palestine. Others in Palestine include the Fife Opera House and the Riverton Site.
