Mauro Damián Rosales (born February 24, 1981 in Villa María) is an Argentine football player who currently plays for Argentine power-house River Plate. Rosales is winger/forward best known for his lightning pace and crossing ablity.

Rosales was part of the Argentina Under-20 team that won the 2001 FIFA World Youth Championship and the gold-medal winning Argentine national team at the 2004 Summer Olympics.

In 2007 Rosales left Ajax returning to Argentina to play for River Plate for a fee of 1.8 Million Euros. In 2008 he was part of the squad that won the Clausura 2008 tournamnet, River's first title in four years.
