Maurice Blair born 16 October, 1984 in Maryborough, Queensland, Australia is an Indigenous Australian professional rugby league player for the Penrith Panthers in the National Rugby League (NRL).

Blair primarily plays in the centres and he can also play as a five-eighth or lock.

Blair played his junior football with Maryborough Rovers before signing with Souths Logan Magpies. He made his NRL debut playing for the Panthers against the New Zealand Warriors in round 15, 2007.

He was honoured this 2008 season, the Centenary Season of Rugby League, to be named in and play at centre for the Indigenous Dreamtime Team who defeated the NZ Maori 34-26 at the World Cup Opening Ceremony.
