County Route 624 is a county highway in Ocean County, New Jersey. The highway extends 3.21 miles from Brick Boulevard (CR 549) in Brick Township to Mantaloking Road (CR 528) in West Mantaloking. CR 624 has the distinction of being the most signed of any county route in Ocean County to date. Signage only exists from Adamston Road to Hooper Avenue (CR 631), the length of the most recent construction project. That construction has widened and upgraded the highway to two travel lanes with turning lanes at signals. The highway provides an important commuter connection and as such has taken quite a beating over the years. Before its reconstruction, the highway could be found littered with sloppy pavement patch jobs from random utility incidents. The highway has since been completely repaved, and provides a smooth surface from Hooper Avenue (CR 631) to Adamston Road.
