The Weymouth Pavilion Redevelopment is the redevelopment of the Weymouth Pavilion, Weymouth Pier and ferry terminal in time for the 2012 Olympic Games. The development is located close to Weymouth Beach, the town centre and the harbour, with views across Weymouth Bay and Nothe Fort.

Once completed the complex will include a refurbished theatre, a World Heritage Site visitors' centre, a new ferry terminal, a 140 bed 4-star hotel, an underground car park, a shopping arcade, offices, around 340 luxury apartments, 110 affordable homes, public squares, promenades, 800 underground parking spaces, and a 290-berth marina.[1][2] [2] Four possible names have been released: Pavilion Wharf, Pier 50, King George Quay and Royal Peninsula, all with (Destination Weymouth) as a subtitle.
