Golsar, pronaunced golsâr (persian ﺮﺎﺴﻠﮔ ) is a suburb of Rasht the capital of the northers Iranian (Persian) province of Guilan.
The most high class neighborhood of Rasht with many shops and restaurants butiques and cafe houses is a very popular neighborhood for teenagers and young adults to meet and socialize with peers.
