As there are serious doubts about the existence of that phase (the only references are in conference abstracts) I have redirected this to Chaoite, which is at least attested. Ceraphite may or may not exist; if it exists it may or may not look like the carbyne phase chaoite. But for chaoite we have references.

Would anyone who decides to keep ceraphite please provide credible sources (note that the internet references cited in the AfD discussion are not really great). Pilatus 11:33, 20 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
