There are two National Rail and one London Underground stations within a short walk of each other called West Hampstead, located on West End Lane, West Hampstead in the London Borough of Camden.
Interchange between any of the three stations is made via the street. In order to complete a journey on a single ticket, interchange is permitted between any of the three stations - for example from Richmond to St Albans, one valid route is to change here.

West Hampstead is a National Rail station on the North London Line, between Brondesbury and Finchley Road & Frognal. The station is in Travelcard Zone 2.
The station and all trains are operated by Silverlink, and the normal service is a train every 15 minutes to Richmond and a train every 15 minutes to Stratford, with alternating services continuing to North Woolwich.
Anglia Railways used to run a service which called at this station, between Norwich and Basingstoke, but this was discontinued in Autumn 2002, due to congestion on the North London Line and the financial return being less than that forecast.
